About Me
My Story
Years of experience in development leadership, building and leading development teams, as well as introducing new technologies ( „digitalization“), up to leading the entire development department (100+ employees) in an international medical technology company, distinguish me. In medical product development, I have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, and quality and development processes in regulated environments. In my previous positions, I introduced „lean development,“ „simultaneous engineering,“ and agile methods and brought them to practical and quality-compliant use. Practical experience in system development, expertise in real-time systems, bus systems, HW/SW co-design, and digital electronics distinguish me as a practitioner.
My Mission
As an „enabler“ for startups, career changers, small, and large companies, we collectively create high-quality and, above all, compliant products.
„My grandfather always said, ‚It’s the small details that make the difference,'“ referring to all the tricks and techniques he learned throughout his career.
Indeed, it’s often the small details that determine the success or failure of a project at critical junctures. I bring my experience and accumulated repertoire of these „details“ to the table to enable you to ensure compliance with your product right from the start. This will allow you to proceed more quickly and efficiently, avoiding development loops and leading to a successful product launch.
